Article L. 621-1 of the Internal Security Code defines the profession of private investigator: “The provisions of this title apply to the independent profession in which a person gathers, even without disclosing their status or the purpose of their assignment, information or intelligence intended for third parties, for the purpose of defending their interests.”

The services we offer are tailored to the specific context of each assignment, always with our clients’ best interests in mind. We offer either hourly rates or flat fees.

For each assignment, we provide a preliminary estimate based on its complexity, the resources required, the context of the assignment, and the specific skills that will be needed.

As a general guide, hourly rates (excluding tax) for a private investigator in the Île-de-France region range from €80 to €120.

Any additional expenses related to the assignment (travel exceeding 20 km, lodging, meals) may be billed separately.

Our rates include telephone consultations with our clients, the preparation of a detailed, comprehensive, and accurate report accompanied by any supporting evidence (photographs, video, witness statements, etc.)
